Terry-Ann Jones joined Lehigh in 2020 as professor of political science and director of the Africana Studies Program. She currently serves as the Deputy Provost for Undergraduate Education (DPUE) and works with the provost on strategic leadership of academic programs, policies, and initiatives relating to undergraduate education, assessment, and accreditation. 

Yenny Anderson serves as the Associate Vice President for Institutional Data. Her role is to ensure the effective management, governance, and utilization of institutional data to enhance operational efficiency, improve student success, and support the university's mission and goals. Her responsibilities include leading institutional research, strategic analytics, and initiatives related to data governance and literacy. Yenny's journey at Lehigh began in 2007 as an Assistant Director in the Office of Institutional Research, where her enthusiasm for data-informed decision-making quickly propelled her advancement within the institution. 

Nathan Urban, Ph.D. joined Lehigh University as provost and senior vice president for academic affairs on July 1, 2020. As provost, Urban serves as the university's chief academic officer while working collaboratively with the president and university leadership on the development, formulation, and implementation of "Inspiring the Future Makers" - the university’s strategic plan. 

Niels Holten-Andersen is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Bioengineering and Materials Science & Engineering. His research is focused on employing material design principles extracted from nature in the development of novel synthetic materials that help overcome global challenges in energy, the environment and health.

Lucy Bowen is the Director of Administration of the Office of the Provost at Lehigh University and oversees administrative processes associated with the Office of the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs. This role is essential for providing executive-level support to the Provost, and directing academic administrative processes and projects, including high-level searches. The Director serves as a primary point of contact for new issues, coordinates activities with the Board of Trustees Academic Affairs Committee, and provides leadership for the Provost’s office staff and overall operations.

Chris Cook brings over 30 years of experience in higher education to her role at Lehigh University, where she currently serves as Vice President for Finance and Administration. In this capacity, she oversees key administrative functions, including Human Resources, Real Estate, Campus Facilities, Finance, Budget, Auxiliaries, and Campus Safety. Chris joined Lehigh in 2022 as Vice President for Strategic Planning and Initiatives, where she led the campus community, in collaboration with the President and Provost, through a comprehensive strategic planning process that resulted in Lehigh Strategy: Inspiring the Future Makers.

Mark Erickson has had a long and distinguished career in higher education, including a 22-year tenure at Lehigh University (1983–2005) in six roles, among them Dean of Students and VP for Administrative and Government Affairs. He went on to serve as president of Wittenberg University and, for a decade, as president of Northampton Community College, before returning to Lehigh in 2023 to take on several senior roles, including his current post as Interim Vice President for Strategic Planning and Initiatives. A proven leader in higher education, Dr. Erickson holds an A.B. from Princeton, an M.Ed. from Harvard, and a Doctorate from Lehigh.

Chris Halladay is the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, and has been at Lehigh University for 11 years. Before coming to Lehigh, he worked at Cornell University for 17 years and prior to that at Western Washington University for 10 years. He holds a Master's in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Brigham Young University.

Shan Li is an Assistant Professor in the College of Health at Lehigh University and an affiliated faculty member in the Teaching, Learning, and Technology program in the College of Education.

Douglas Mahony, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the Management Department in the College of Business. Professor Mahony's research focuses on organizational conflict, alternative dispute resolution, participatory work systems, and social networks.

Brook Sawyer is a professor in the Teaching, Learning, and Technology program and the associate dean of graduate studies in the College of Education. Her research focus is early childhood language and literacy development with a particular focus on providing resources for parents of preschool children whose children need additional support.

Lawrence Tartaglia teaches core foundational courses for STEM majors as well as upper-level classes including Biochemistry Lab and Virology. He integrates immersive technologies and hands-on learning to help students connect complex biological concepts to real-world applications in an effort to develop the next generation of scientific thinkers.

Dan Warner joined Lehigh in 2018 and oversees the Office of Admissions, the Financial Aid Office and the Bursar's Office. In addition to serving on the Middle States Steering Committee, he is a member of the university's Senior Leadership, and sits on the Provost's Council and the Council of Dean's.

Peter Zeitler is a professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences, chair of the Lehigh Faculty Senate, and Fellow of the American Geophysical Union. He joined Lehigh in 1988 after earning his Ph.D. from Dartmouth College in 1983 and then working as a Research Fellow at the Australian National University. At Lehigh, he has taught courses at all levels in the curriculum and served as director of the South Mountain College program. Zeitler’s research has focused on developing methods in isotope geochronology to understand the evolution of continental lithosphere and the evolution of topography in the Himalaya, Tibet, and Mongolia.

Heather Huggins, Administrative Specialist in the Office of the Provost, and Hollie Tran, Administrative Coordinator in the Office of Institutional Data, are serving as the Project Managers for the Lehigh University Middle States Self-Study. They work in close partnership with Lucy Bowen to manage the operational and communication components of the process. Their responsibilities include detailed logistical planning, organizing all committee meetings, and ensuring accurate minutes are recorded. Additionally, they manage campus-wide communication, maintain the official Middle States website, and coordinate event planning for key informational sessions and the team visit. Their combined dedication ensures a well-supported, organized, and transparent accreditation process for the entire institution.
